We all have challenges in life, and sometimes we need some help envisioning life differently when those challenges become overwhelming. It takes strength and courage to face oneself and make the decision to change and face those challenges. Everyone has the ability and capacity for change, growth, and enlightenment. Like in the movie and book We Bought a Zoo, “Sometimes all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage. Just, literally, 20 seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come from it.” Be brave with me and let’s face the challenges together!

Every individual, from child to adult, needs to experience hope. Hope is what we have to hold onto in our darkest moments. Hope is the fuel that keeps us going when life feels overwhelming. Fortunately, you don't have to walk this journey alone! There is so much hope to be found and to cling to, and I would be honored to help you find that.
"Hope is being able to see there is light despite all of the darkness."-Desmund Tutu
